Uniline Fall Protection Systems – to EN795 class A, C & D
Uniline’s fall protection systems allow users to access areas that would other wise be considered dangerous. All systems offer the capability of hands free use and complete freedom of movement through ingenious and patented travelling attachment devices. The user or users are able to access all areas of the system without the need to detach at any time. All Uniline System designs are simulated using Uniline for Windows™ Software to ensure they are safe for use within the parameters of the buildings design.
Uniline Roofsafe™ Aluminium Rail System for Modern Roofing Structures – EN795 class D - CE Approved
Uniline Roofsafe provides a low profile, aesthetically pleasing alternative to cable based fall protection systems on modern roofing structures and has been developed to be sympathetic to your building design whilst providing a high level of worker protection.
Currently available for fixing directly to the outer skin of composite and built up metal profiled roof systems and standing seam roof systems, Roofsafe ensures that the line of the roof remains as it was intended to be.
The Roofsafe System is made up of a low profile safety rail extrusion rail that is riveted or clamped directly to the outer skin of the roof sheet. Aluminium parts are manufactured from high quality 6802 T6 Aluminium and anodised silver. The system comes with right and left hand end stops to prevent accidental detachment from the rail and can be constructed to navigate its way around corners, changes in levels and roof mounted plant and equipment. The system acts as a safety railway, allowing users to travel freely and with great ease around the roof structure in complete safety. Up to 3 users can attach to the system using the very effective Uniwheels Attachment Carriage.
The system is quickly assembled using sections up to 2.5m in length. Loads are evenly distributed through the low profile rail system, ensuring the integrity of the roof system remains intact. Uniline can provide design and specification assistance and early consultation is recommended. Roofsafe can be powder coated to match the colour of the roof sheet if desired.
